Four activists of Indonesian Committee for Palestine Solidarity (KISPA) and journalist Muhammad Yasin of TVOne are scheduled to arrive at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Banten, on Monday, says a foreign ministry spokesman.
The four of KISPA are H. Ferry Nur, Mahendri Muchtar, Hardjito Warno and the wounded activist, Oktavianto Baharuddin.
The other wounded activist Surya Fachrizal, a journalist with Hidayatullah, is still undergoing medical treatment in Amman, Jordan.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Teuku Faizasyah told Kompas.com on Sunday that the wounded Okvianto would land at Soekarno-Hatta Airport at 1.15 p.m.
“Oktavianto will be accompanied by Turkish doctor Mustafa Uner Karacaoglu and Indonesian ambassador to Ankara. When arrived, Oktavianto will have a medical checkup by a team of doctors from the Health Ministry,” said Faizasyah.
The five activists were among 12 Indonesians joining a humanitarian mission to Gaza Strip. The activists sailed on Mavi Marmara, one of six ships in the aid flotilla, which raided by Israeli military on Monday last week.
The raid claimed nine lives and injured dozens of international pro-Palestine activists.
